Having done loads of electric/electronic work in recent years, I decided to pursue a more acoustic guitar-oriented path for a change. Taking cues from Ryuichi Sakamoto's concept for "async", I came up with "Being in Bloom". A couple of days later, more acoustic meanderings, this time experimenting with an open tuning, resulted in "Foam", the second track in this collection.

Together, I thought they make a rather harmonious couple.

Also included is the bonus track "Old Foam", an early version of "Foam", and the original cover art for "Being in Bloom", shot in Westbourne Grove London W11.
